Flo Clamp II

I was having trouble getting FLO readings with my first clamp and noticed the clamp was twisting a bit probably due to the weight of my FLO tool at 270 grams.

This one is made from 2 pieces of 2x6 screwed together in the bottom half and bolted to my bench with a 1/2" carriage bolt.

I drilled a 5/8" hole for the shaft 2" from the top and made two cuts on my band saw 5 1/2" down the joint. Then but a 1/4" carriage bolt and wing nut in the top to tighten.

No wiggle in this one. I immediately got good FLO readings.
